enhanced engineering design capabilities which satisfy the design needs
of different markets and customers. The mold department is equipped with
online slow speed lathes, high-speed and regular assembly centres, and a
computer-controlled drill. Other equipment includes 25 machine tools, including
machines, drills, and grinders. The synergy of advanced machinery and highly
trained and experienced industrial technicians means that molds can be produced
to customer specification with maximum efficiency. In addition, Modern Gala
Industrial (ShenZhen) Company Limited is equipped with 29 injection-molding
machines, include Toshiba, Renxing, and Yilida equipment, ranging from 80
tonnes (4-ounce) to 300 tonnes (30-ounce). These machines can simultaneously
produce plastic fasteners of varying specifications on separate production
line, with a total monthly capacity of 1 to 1.2 million sets. The company's
toy production line is equipped to produce multiple finished products according
to customer requirements. Total customer satisfaction has also been increased
by shortening the production cycle through the installation of a new automatic
silk-screen production line and an independent power supply unit enabling
24-hour production and on-time shipment of product.
